Copyright Policy – Co Analysis

This Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the CO-Analyse mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”), operated by CO-Analysis (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Copyright Ownership

All content, software, design, text, graphics, interfaces, code, algorithms, and the selection and arrangements thereof contained within the App are the exclusive property of CO-Analysis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Trademarks

The name CO-Analyse, the company name CO-Analysis, the logo, and any related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CO-Analysis. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this App are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Limited License to Users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use a copy of the App on a mobile device that you own or control, strictly for your personal or internal business use in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Under this license, you may not:

Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements based on the App.
Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying analysis algorithms of the App.
Copy the App, its design, its logic, or its content, except as expressly permitted by this license.
Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices from the App.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the App or its features to any third party for any reason.

4. User-Generated Data and Analysis Content

As an analysis tool, CO-Analyse allows you to upload, input, or sync data, documents, metrics, or other files (collectively, “User Data”) for processing.

You Own Your Data: You retain 100% ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Data. We do not claim any ownership over the raw data you provide.
License to Process: By uploading User Data to CO-Analyse, you grant CO-Analysis a worldwide, royalty-free, and limited license to host, store, process, and analyse such data strictly for the purpose of operating the App and providing our analysis services to you.
Output and Reports: Any reports, charts, insights, or direct outputs generated by the App based exclusively on your User Data belong to you.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: We reserve the right to aggregate and anonymize User Data so that it cannot be linked to any individual or specific company. We may use this anonymized data to improve our algorithms, enhance App performance, and for other internal development purposes.

5. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Notice

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the App, please notify us.

Your notice must include:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
